Lake Rotoroa Haven is a slice of paradise on a private, quiet back section located down the end of the driveway behind the Water Taxi office on Porika Road. The lake edge is just a short 2 min walk. Enjoy the abundance of birdlife and lush bush at your doorstep.

The two-story spacious and warm home comfortably home sleeps 8 guests with 3 double and 2 single beds. The Haven is fully equipped and includes, t.v, log fire, heat-pump/air-conditioning, linen, towels, and cleaning. Complimentary tea/coffee/hot-chocolate/milk is also provided. Some limited free wi-fi is available and there is cell phone coverage. A fabulous enclosed outdoor BBQ and seating area attached to the house provides extra space and respite from the sandflies!

The Master Bedroom with queen bed is on the ground floor with access off the lounge area.

Upstairs, a mezzanine room has a double bed and a single.  Off this area is a further bedroom with another double and a single.

Our rates are: $220 per night for 1-2 guests. Then $45 per extra guest per night. Check-in is from 3.30pm, check-out by 10am.

The native wildlife is all around you, and birds such as Tui and Kereru a regular visitors to the garden.  The protected longfin eels inhabit the lake, and are easily seen at the jetty and lakeshore, just a short walk from the property.
